SEAWA educational forum upcoming

An educational forum set for next month offers people the chance to learn about restoring the local streambanks and get information on stream water quality.

The free event is being presented Nov. 1 by the South East Alberta Watershed Alliance. It takes place at St. Barnabas Church from 1-4 p.m.

A flyer for the forum indicates speakers from Alberta will present on riparian restoration in southeast Alberta, water quality in the SEAWA watershed and riparian habitat for native bees.
