Local rock club hosting May Daze in Seven Persons

The Medicine Hat Rock and Lapidary Club will welcome rockers from throughout Alberta this weekend for the 56th annual May Daze.

Members from six clubs of the Alberta Federation of Rock Clubs will be in Seven Persons selling raw and finished stones, jewellery and potentially some lapidary equipment.

Everyone is encouraged to visit the Seven Persons Community Hall from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday for tailgating and boot sales.

The 30th anniversary of the Medicine Hat club will also be marked this weekend.
