Tim Hortons promo to aid women’s shelter and food bank

Medicine Hat News Tim Hortons’ new Strachan Corner location in Medicine Hat has plans to warm up the winter. From 1-4 p.m. Dec. 17, Santa is paying a visit and $5 Tim cards will be given out with the purchase of a hot beverage. As well, kids visiting Santa will receive a free timbit and peppermint hot chocolate. Hats and mitts will be collected for the women’s shelter and nonperishable food items will be collected for the food bank. Drop-off points are the Strachan Corner and Maple Avenue locations. 5-4
