Hello Medicine Hat! With fall just around the corner, events and shows are about to start back up and I’m here to help get you excited about coming together once again.
Over the past 17 years, the Esplanade has offered a place for our community to come together and connect. It is a place where friends and family can catch up and enjoy a good time. A place you come to create social connections and friendships, all while coming together to share good feelings and experiences you will hopefully remember forever.
It has been a while and I imagine we’re all excited to get out and renew connections. To sit back and enjoy the simplicity of life, once again. Fresh air, the sounds of music, the taste of good food and story sharing.
Now, more than ever, we need to gather and reconnect.
We need to relearn the importance of putting down our devices and leaving our homes so we can engage and share with our neighbours in person once again. And so, we are celebrating and giving our community the opportunity to reconnect this fall, with all that we have going on! We are bringing you an even bigger and brighter season with something for everyone!
September starts all the excitement. Tigers hockey returns to Co-op Place, fall art classes and yoga in the Gallery resume at the Esplanade and Historic Walking Tours continue through the beautiful downtown areas of our city.
We have theatre shows like the Crash Test Dummies, Alyssa Edwards, Kyle McKearney and Anne of Green Gables the Ballet! To kick it all off, on Sept. 17, there is going to be a free, one-day outdoor festival in the heart of our city, beautiful historic downtown. We will be Together Again, and we are telling you that it will be a vibe worth celebrating!
Do not miss out on all the action in Medicine Hat this September. Mark your calendars, grab a paper, tell your friends and neighbours and do not forget to turn your social notifications on!
