Some people riding e-bikes or bikes need to decide, are you a road vehicle or a path vehicle? You cannot be both on the same ride. I see people go along roads and then press the crosswalk and drive across, then back on the road. Bike riders using crosswalks are required to dismount and walk your bike across. Decide and follow the rules.

Thank you to all the volunteers who make the Stampede parade happen! Don’t be afraid to spread things out a bit. Hard to take in all the parade has to offer when they are so piled up together. We want to appreciate everyone’s hard work.

Service Canada just notified me I will lose half of my OAS because I made too much money last year. For heavens sake I am 80 years old and my savings exceed their limit. Do they really need to do this?

At landlords that let their rental homes become slums and the yards are a dump yard. Maybe landlords should have rentals beside their beautiful home.

Saw a couple of bikers today riding on the road along Parkview ring road. They were single file, bright shirts, helmets plus they used hand signals when going to turn onto 11th.

Solar panels are not recyclable at zero cost so if we do go that route how much is it going to cost the citizens this time to clean up after? Better pay a consultant a big fat fee to come tell you what to expect.

More Canadians in CFL lineups! These American spoiled prima donnas are ruining our game! Canadian kids have played this style of football their entire lives, and are virtually ignored! Canadian universities graduate great football players, it’s almost a crutch to play in Canada. U.S. players have to learn a new game and mostly can’t adjust.

I was reading Ticked Off & Tickled Pink and I agree about the school bus drivers. They are worth more than what the get. Our kids are worth it.

I think the $500 microgrants from the city are an excellent idea. A wonderful way to promote culture and community within our city. Unfortunately, the city has made it an unnecessarily complex and drawn out process. It takes three months to get the grant money.

It’s always amusing how those drivers that camp out in the left lane are always the victims when someone passes them and flips them off. You know the type to speed up and slow down not letting anyone pass.
