Without new industry in Medicine Hat we have no growth in Medicine Hat. People want more businesses, people want more recreation facilities. Those require growth. Every time a business or industry is interested they seem to veer away from the Hat and area.

Those of you who have a heavy foot, try for five minutes going the speed limit.

Why do Canadian athletes tend to wear black outfits? I could see black pants, but where’s the red and white? I don’t see any grey or black on our flag. Quite embarrassing to our country when you can’t get the colours of our flag onto a shirt!

To the person who doesn’t like dogs jumping on them on the pathways. I carry pepper spray for such occasions, because I am afraid of them! I don’t spray lots, just enough to persuade the dog not to jump. I shouldn’t have to run off the path with some dog chasing me.

I want a certain person to stop greeting me, when we meet in public. Do I, a) put my head down, avoid eye contact and pretend they aren’t there or, b) just tell them they do not share the same status as myself and it looks bad for me to be talking to them? So hard to know which response is more polite.

More mass shootings, all perpetrated by radical leftists. If you want to dramatically reduce gun violence, get guns out of the hands of liberals.

The accidents are waiting to happen at the intersection of First Street and the Trans-Canada Highway. The black and white poles have created a vertical mass of 3-D confusion. Last Tuesday, a semi barely missed a blue car that was trying to figure out where to go.

With the all-day-long crows calling. Please find the nest and take it down to discourage them. It is very nerve wracking to everyone.

Keep those ugly looking, inefficient, massive solar panel installations out of sight so people don’t have to see them. I live in South Ridge so I’m not affected like those north of the river. We should probably be looking at atomic power as an alternative and quit wasting money on solar or wind power.

At people who purposely drive through red lights. Or, have the laws changed and we stop on green and go on red? Guess I need a refresher course.

At the obvious TO or TP exclusions regarding our premier, political parties, comments and opinions printed in past. Pre-election gag orders in place?

Redcliff is also over-run with deer – rats with hooves is all they are. Don’t expect anything to be done because fish and game seems to think deer are normal in urban settings, that way the problem can be ignored I can remember a time when there were no rats in Ratcliff. “The Rat Capital of the Prairies.”

Thanks to the Veiner Centre for having volunteers doing income taxes for seniors and having such a wonderful kind young lady do ours in such a short time. Many, many thanks, it was very much appreciated!
