Bylaw could make a fortune if it ticketed houses in Crescent Heights that do not clean their sidewalks and block the storm drains with their garbage. Several seniors have fallen going for mail. Soon someone will be seriously injured.

That we are not seeing more coverage of the ongoing Telus strike vote. Every Telus customer is affected but media coverage of this important issue is almost non-existent. Please publish the Telus strike story and facts, then we can decide who is ‘friendly’ for ourselves.

Our government’s quest to stop plastic pollution in the ocean is a tempest in a teapot. Companies and consumers are being targeted and Canada isn’t even on the list of the top countries that contribute the most. Air pollution, same thing. We can’t save the planet single handed and is time to pull our heads out!

That we got tickets to see Up Pompeii. Congrats to MHMT cast and crew on a fantastic job of putting on a show. Great to see live theatre alive and well. You may want to include a warning though that your sides may hurt for a couple of days after from laughing!

The pilotless plane was hardly “much ado about nothing.” The end result was miraculously minor, however, think of what could have happened if it crashed into a occupied home, business, athletic event, or the Trans-Canada Highway.
