Ticked Off and Tickled Pink, Feb. 23

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on February 23, 2023.

Ticked Off

I enjoy the TPTO section – a mixture of rare insight amidst a heap of silliness. I rarely miss it. Lately a few souls have expressed gratitude that “finally we have a Premier who we can be proud of [sic].” Proud of a liar, who, as if Royal, tries to pardon lawbreakers, a champion of coal mining in our watershed, a former agent of ‘big oil’ who offers her buddies funds to clean up the mess they are legally bound to clean up on their own dime? All of Canada is laughing at us.

Tickled Pink

Hats off to the Meals-On-Wheels volunteers. You make life easier for so many people. We appreciate you!

Ticked Off

I don’t understand city mentality, put on huge family day events but don’t provide transportation to events? Not everyone drives or can afford a taxi.

Tickled Pink

Tickled Pink with the look of the windmills in and around the city. They are sleek and graceful, quiet and clean. Plus they generate electricity without any smoke coming out the top.

Ticked Off

That I have to read nothing but Liberal and NDP supporters complaining about everything in this section of the paper and blame the UCP for crap they got caught doing as usual. Grow up. Notley nearly destroyed Alberta last time she was in. Stop complaining already.

Ticked Off

Smith is helping oil companies to clean up abandoned wells by providing them money to clean up what they are already required to do in the first place! Many Albertans are hurting and would appreciate a little bit of $100 million she is planning to give the energy companies who already are making millions.

Tickled Pink

Tickled pink that I save on fuel and carbon tax by not buying food that has been shipped a great distance.

Ticked Off

Ticked off to find out that when someone passes away the will means nothing, the executors have no say, the bank does whatever it wants, but tickled pink that after five months they are finally going to release the money. I think it is probably best to close our other accounts at that bank.

Ticked Off

Who brought in federal income tax, the conservatives. Who brought in GST, the conservatives.

Ticked Off

Biden flies into a war zone for a photo op. Air raid sirens going off the entire time he is outside. No one even flinches. Weirdest war ever.

Ticked Off

With product packaging. If the box fits the product inside the planet could save millions of trees and company’s could save millions on not shipping half-empty boxes.

Ticked Off

We really need someone on the city council who is in touch with today’s lifestyle and not trying to make things like what it was like in their childhood.
