At eat-in fast-food places and restaurants that want to save a buck at the cost of their customers’ comfort, saying they are having trouble with their air conditioner. Couldn’t even breathe, it was so hot that we left.

I find it really sad that some people think disabled parking is only for people in wheelchairs. Just because the sign shows someone in a wheelchair doesn’t mean you can shout at people halfway across the street because they parked in a disability lane, just because their disability is neurological and not physical. Shame on you for judging anyway.

Art walk really wasn’t much – lots of stores closed. Why does downtown do that to themselves?

Huge kudos for Chief’s blessing; great Art Walk, rail road tour, terrific music/bands, food trucks, awesome tin-can vendors, Memorial Park and Esplanade activities and all the stores’ participation and promotion of our beautiful downtown Medicine Hat on Saturday. Top-notch diverse and quality community and family entertainment on a fabulous day!

You cannot walk safely over the Finlay Bridge. Cyclists do not walk their bikes across, but yell at walkers, swear and blow smoke in their faces. Medicine Hat could make money by posting a constable at the bridge, confiscating the bike and fining the rider. Citizens will not go downtown if it is unsafe to do so.

Downtown is coming to life and was thriving on the weekend. Absolutely thrilled! Felt I was on holidays in any major city national and international. And great family, community, arts and entertainment value – free! Keep up the great work!

Arrogance returns, or shall we say, never left? PP, now 43, reportedly skipped a Conservative leadership debate hosted by The Western Standard in favour of a fundraiser! Fiscally responsible party… why would he need more taxpayer money? Left Alberta after schooling to become lifer politician.

Mr. Motz’s best skill is not taking a stand on anything, Flip flops on COVID mandate, getting vaccinated and the freedum convoy.

Tickled pink to have been able to help the lady whose vehicle stalled in the car wash at Northlands Co-op last Saturday. She is the sweetheart of the piece, not me, and I only wish I could have done more to help. Very glad to hear the problem was a simple one.

Canadian voters have moved on from the Harper era. Do we really care which candidate he prefers of the six? He has moved on and so did taxpayers. Do we hear what Mulcair thinks? No. His choice for Alberta was a bust the last three years.

Ticked off that we now have Alberta Day. What does that fix? Does he seriously think that will lift the morale of Albertans after what he has put us through?

Interesting that some Canadians have been upset that the federal government intervened to save our lives from COVID, but I haven’t heard a peep about the intervention to remedy cell phone outages!

If the City of Medicine Hat was serious about arts and culture as an economic driver they would invest in the beautification and attractiveness of the Clay District. It’s hard to market something when it is an eyesore and doesn’t reflect any kind of community pride and celebration. We can do better.

Was tickled pink with all the pet adoptions that happened during pandemic. But very heart broken at all the selfish owners who returned them when it wasn’t convenient anymore. Teach the pet what you want in them. It’s like teaching your children/mate/yourself. Tisk tisk.

Tickled pink I can speed through Turner Drive playground zone on my way for morning coffee and know I’ll never get a ticket!
