There is talk of the installation of traffic stop lights on top of Division Avenue and Third Street. No-no! Keep the four-way stop signs, they are wonderful and still a great system for that intersection.

Political bumper stickers are trashy, doesn’t matter what side you’re on. I can guarantee the person behind you in traffic does not care about your political affiliations.

We have beautiful parks in Medicine Hat, but can only use them in the summer because the city locks the bathrooms in the winter. People need access to bathrooms in the winter, too. Children, the elderly and not-so-elderly; everyone needs to use the bathroom from time to time, but there is no access to a bathroom in our parks in the winter months.

The government can set up an information centre, where willing Canadian families could register to take in Ukrainian refugees within our homes and on our dime. Just get some planes to Poland and get them here.

I am surprised at all the pro-convoy in ticked off and tickled pinks. Seriously people, how would you feel if this was your place of residence or home and it impacted your life for three weeks? If you would not like it done to you and your friends, do not do it to others! It wasn’t a protest, it was a loud party in the streets.

To inform the ticked off person saying ex-PM attended hockey games on our dime or shall we say on our tax dollars. It’s a sport he enjoys to watch. How many rallies did he attend for LGBTQ? Black lives matter? Abortion rallies? Support for Indigenous?

I’m not embarrassed to be from Medicine Hat. There are a lot of fine folks around here, including Tamara Lich, who stood up for something she believed in. I don’t consider that an irresponsible action. I think it shows courage and integrity. But… you are right, people are sure opinionated, or have lots of opinions… like you said! Have a great day!
