Tickled pink the real freedom convoys sailed into the Atlantic during Second World War. Winning that war secured our right to peaceful protest, which makes this “freedom convoy” look like a tempest in a teapot. Unfortunately, we must take this unfortunate mindset most seriously.

I am tickled pink that 85% of eligible Canadians have chosen to protect themselves, their families and their community by being vaccinated. Politicians pandering to the other 15% clearly fail to grasp the concept of democracy.

At the person who’s ticked off that the unvaxxed can go into restaurants again. Odds are good that, for the last five months, people cooking your food and serving it were also unvaxxed. Someone’s vax-status doesn’t make them less of a person.

So happy Barnes speaks his mind. It makes me more happy I never voted for him and never will. He is certainty some kind of special – not a good special either.

Say what you like, Trudeau did what was necessary to clear this outrageous illegal occupation! This Maverick party organizer and her entourage of questionable motivations need their heads examined.

So some guy wears a hat in the restaurant…big deal. I’ve seen ladies with weird coloured hair, gawdy make-up and face piercings, along with all the holes in their pants. Guess it’s freedom of choice.

Not all political parties showed behaviour becoming of an elected official for the people. Unity in PM decisions in crisis is a must! Nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.

I used to feel a sense of pride any time I heard the name of our city on television. But because “Tamara Lich from Medicine Hat” is now a common phrase in the news, I am embarrassed and ashamed to say I live here.

I was driving around the SW Hill area the other day and saw numerous houses being renovated and updated and they looked great and really spruced up the street. It is wonderful to see older areas being rejuvenated. Good job.
