I am ticked off that someone stole my daughters co-workers cart with her paid groceries, gift cards and wrapped Christmas Gifts from Superstore on Dec. 23 that she left while she went to fix an issue with her bank card. You should be ashamed of yourself by not doing the right thing and turning the cart into customer service. I hope you enjoyed it since you ruined her Christmas and those that she was gifting.

Many, many thank-yous to the kind and generous woman who rescued me in the Tim Horton’s in Walmart this last Thursday, offered me a ride clear across the city, and then called her husband to let him know what was going on! The weather had become very bad, and her husband handled his gorgeous truck (for want of a better word) very well on atrocious roads. I cannot thank him and his wife (am terrible with names) enough for your help, even lifting the shopping bags in and out of the truck and into my residence. I wish you and all six of your (adult) children a wonderful Christmas. Take good care.

My phone company informed me on my last bill that my internet rates are going up $5 in February. This comes after they raised my phone bill by $5 a few months ago. Now they’re advertising that they’re donating 5% of their profits to charity. This company gouges their customers so they can look like they’re saving the world.

COVID doesn’t take a break on weekends or holidays, numbers need to be posted! waiting till Monday to do announcement of infections is toooo long.

Our electrical grid is already maxxed out in this cold snap. Imagine if everyone was in electric vehicles like they want us to be in just a few short years.? We live in Canada, not Arizona!
