Ticked Off and Tickled Pink: Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on December 16, 2021.

Ticked Off

If you don’t want to wear a mask when buying your coffee/donut then you should go through the drive-thru.

Ticked Off

I am not against freedom of the press. But now the press is the voice of Satan one sided. Mostly all for the left.

Tickled Pink

Forgiveness is a two way street, never in a million years should money be attached.

Ticked Off

It’s obvious now that the representation MLA Drew Barnes is providing to Medicine Hat is highly ineffective as he sits in the back corner of the legislature without power or voice in our government. He is merely milking the system and getting a paycheque while providing no benefit to our city and area. It’s time for him to resign so that our representative in government can sit at the table with the big boys and girls that are making regional economic decisions.

Ticked Off

Did this new council think it was all about their pet social issues and catchwords like “transparency”? Shame on people for only voting for name recognition and diversity rather than competency.

Ticked Off

So the UCP has raised prices on nearly everything, racked up billions in debt, and attacked every publicly funded service we have, and that’s before the pandemic ever hit. I don’t care who leads them, the ideology is the antithesis of everything I value about being Canadian.

Ticked Off

Enough already with the F-Trudeau window and bumper stickers. How about F- Kenney? After all, it’s he who promised Albertans the world and so far hasn’t even delivered a handful of dirt.

Ticked Off

That we continually are picking up Styrofoam cups and other garbage from around our neighbourhood because guests from a service supplying food and help to the less fortunate discard things on the street!

Tickled Pink

I will be tickled pink when the City of Medicine Hat renames First Street to Tin Can Alley. It is only appropriate with all the sea cans placed on the prominent “Town Square” parking lot. What an incredible sight!

Tickled Pink

Tickled pink by Ray Marco’s letter to the editor about patience and kindness. Many of us, myself included, should follow that advice and it would make the world a much more pleasant place to live.

Ticked Off

The groundhog came out and we are in for another year of COVID 19.

Tickled Pink

Tickled pink that the new council is considering reopening the Moose Rec Centre and the Crestwood Pool.
