Ticked Off and Tickled Pink, Nov. 11

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on November 11, 2021.

Ticked Off

We love the Flats and go there to walk as its scenic and has less wind. Would be tickled pink if the city would do something about the skunks there though. Smell them on almost every block.

Tickled Pink

Would be if we got things right. You fight together, you remember together. Enough.

Ticked Off

Not surprised the first order of business for the new enlightened council is non-consequential social justice issues. You have a business to run! Going to be a long four years!

Ticked Off

That the government is calling the 61.7% vote in favour of removing equalization from the constitution an overwhelming majority. In school that mark will earn you a C or at best a C+, which is not a grade about which you could brag.

Ticked Off

Find me, I need chips if you can spare some.

Ticked Off

I empathize with organizations that want to spread the word about their causes by tying ribbons on trees, light standards and fences etc., but what happens to the ribbons over time? Do these same people go out and remove them or do they leave them until the ribbons deteriorate and pollute the land. On one hand you want sympathy for your cause but then you leave the ribbons to disintegrate and pollute.

Ticked Off

First actual meeting of council – behind closed doors. Quickly finding out all those promises of transparency are only words and not reality. Watch for same promises in four years.
