Thank you for buying me breakfast at the Moose Lodge on Thursday, Aug. 26. It was a nice surprise! And all I did was hold the door open and pass on some BS. Thank you!

Vaccines aren’t just about you, it is about trying to not overload our health-care system, it is about not overtaxing our health-care workers, it is about trying to keep our seniors safer, it is about reducing the stress of those who are and have returned back to the office or work. Everything isn’t just about you. If you have a legitimate medical reason not to be vaccinated that is one thing, but “I don’t want to” is not a reason.

Chewing gum. People need to dispose of their chewing gum properly, and do not stick it onto a plate so a dishwasher can touch it and be exposed to COVID. It’s disgusting.

Some companies have substance policies. You must pass the test prior to being hired. You must pass random testing as the employer sees fit. Don’t pass, you won’t be hired, or you may lose your job. It is a job requirement for the health and safety of others. Don’t want testing, you don’t need the job then. COVID vaccines are no different, the employer is setting the requirement and if you don’t want to meet that requirement, that is your decision.

So again I am held hostage by a channel on cable, to upgrade (pay more) in order to see a nationally-important tournament. Hmmm, I pay lots of taxes in order for CBC to exist. Go figure.

People who go public skating that can’t skate that don’t wear a helmet! Their skulls must be thicker than everyone else’s!

Some drivers are in need of a refresher course. Scary to think some of them will be out in the upcoming winter season. As it is now, they are right on peoples’ bumpers who are driving the speed limit.
