It seems to me that the media is fanning the protesters’ flames. Maybe instead of arresting the protesters remove the media. If nobody is watching then maybe things would cool down.

To those who begrudge support for child care, Canada is a social democracy. If you do not like that, move to the U.S. By the way, I am paying for your health care. Maybe we should eliminate that.

I would like to thank McDonald’s on Dunmore Road. I come about 6:30 a.m. two or three days a week and the staff is so wonderful and friendly.

With people to lazy to drive to the end of the block to make a U-turn and instead make an illegal U-turn in the middle of the block and drive up over the sidewalk and pack down the snow.

By people wandering around stores talking on their cellphones or texting and have no idea of what is going on around them or that they are in the middle of the isle blocking everyone else.

If we could replace our prime minister with one that has a backbone and can lead. Instead of holidaying around the world giving our hard earned Canadian tax dollars away to other nations.

By the recent editorial criticizing the UCP’s attempts to rein in the AHS spending of an “out-of-control” Bohemia that has become larger then the government assigned to oversee it. I don’t hear any ideas from the left on solutions except borrow more money!

I am so pleased with the comment columns by the News reporters and layout person. Gillian, Collin, Jeremy and Scott are great reads. Sorry, I really can’t distinguish right or left opinions. It matters if what they say makes good sense.
