Letter: COVID can’t silence the ‘roar’ of Tigers fans

Dear editor,

Good to hear the Tigers are back in town and set to begin another season.

Although we cannot attend any games, we can show our support in other ways. Let’s start by wearing our Tigers jerseys, or just showing our Tigers colours or by sending emails or tooting our horns when we see them.

Another time might be in the parking lot to celebrate their first game at home and Bob Ridley’s 4000th broadcast. How special would that be?! See you there and yes, I’ll be wearing my jersey.

COVID may change a lot of things but it can’t silence the ‘roaring’ Tiger fans.
