Letter: Operation of power plant should be kept ‘in-house’

Dear editor,

I disagree that we should be looking at selling our power plant or entering into a private partnership of any kind. Keep it in-house, keep Hatters employed and let’s examine other options (such as not developing a downtown waterfront or continuing to subsidize taxes) so we can continue to reap the benefits of a locally owned and operated utility for years to come.
