Saamis Heights needs another way in and out

When will the city realize that we need another road in and out of Saamis Heights?

Right now we have a temporary fix on both sides at the start of Sierra Road, due to sinkholes. These could deteriorate at any time, thus no traffic would be able pass this area, including firetrucks, ambulances, etc. Where is the foresight with this city?

What other large area in the city has only one entrance or exit?

To make things more congested they are building a new school in this area, thus more reason for another route in and out of this area, as soon as possible.
