Subsidizing some millionaires, but not others?

Re: “Local candidates offer up childcare policies,” April 6

I found it interesting to read Mr. Barnes comments on $25-a-day childcare, particularly his remark that the UCP position “is not to subsidize daycare for ‘millionaire’ families.”

Is the UCP suddenly no longer looking to subsidize business expenses for “millionaire” families either?
