Council protests too much over blame for consumption site

Well, well, well, those scalliwags (I would use a different pejorative but it might not be printed) on city council passed a major amendment to the city land use bylaw allowing supervised consumption sites. So much for the bleating and wailing excuse “we have nothing to do with it, blame Rachel, blame Justin, blame anyone but us.” Huh, methinks the council protested too much.Sorry Shakespeare.
