I recently attended the City Council meeting regarding the rezoning of 352 Primrose Drive; one of the most well attended meetings in years. We moved to Marlborough (the neighbourhood north of this green space) almost 3 years ago and are delighted about the central location, the access to walking trails, and the diversity of the neighbourhood. I decided to attend the meeting because I was unable to attend the City’s on-site open house, and wasn’t home when a community petition was circulated in our neighborhood.
