4,000 elk in Suffield block, not 400

Unfortunately there was a wee error in the letter as written by myself.

In the second paragraph I stated that there are now 400 elk in the Suffield block. Actually there are 4,000 elk in the block and obviously this number gives an entirely different view of the subject that I was writing about, i.e. still 4, 000 elk replacing 1,200 horses.

I apologize for the error and hope this correction will help to adjust that perception that I tried to get across in the original letter.
