Concerned by this council

What did Medicine Hat learn from the last civic election? We had some level of change on council, but maybe not enough. The 2017 fiasco over transit and specifically the temporary relocation of the Fourth Street bust stop to the Esplanade could have brought council down, but it didn’t.

What else is there to be concerned about? What about the November plan for helium processing facilities? Are they something we truly need?
