Petition aims to get a tax credit for Citizens on Patrol members

Citizens on Patrol is doing something about rural crime, and making a difference! This has been a long and brutal winter and these people have been out there without fail — regardless of health & personal issues, -40 C and vehicle failure. They got your back, now let’s do something for them! There is a petition that requests that COP members who perform at least 200 hours of volunteer patrol services receive a tax credit of $3,000, the same as fire fighting and search and rescue volunteers.
