Living life to the fullest

The phrase I hate the most is the “struggle with mental illness.” Life is a struggle. That is how we learn.

I am not minimizing mental illness but it teaches us certain things. It teaches us to take each moment as it comes. To ride the rollercoaster. I do not miss my life before I was diagnosed bipolar. I enjoy my life and live it to the fullest.
