PWHL teams see increase in regular season games to 30 per team in second year

TORONTO – The Professional Women’s Hockey League has unveiled its regular-season schedule starting Nov. 30 with each of the six teams playing 30 games before playoffs.

The PWHL in its second season has increased the number of games each team plays from 24 to 30.

The league’s inaugural season opened Jan. 1, 2024 and concluded May 29 with the Minnesota Frost winning the first Walter Cup.

All six teams are on the ice Nov. 30.

The Toronto Sceptres host the Boston Fleet at Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum. The Ottawa Charge and Montreal Victoire clash at Place Bell in Laval, Que. The New York Sirens and Minnesota meet at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Louis.

The regular season will end on May 3. Training camps start Nov. 12.
