Waves Swim Club races at invitational in Edmonton

The Medicine Hat Waves Swim Club raced in the City of Champions over the weekend.

The local swim club sent six swimmers to the 47th EKI Invitational this weekend, held at the Kinsmen Sports Centre.

Isabel Miller (11): Finished sixth in 200m Breast, ninth in 100m Breast and 10th in 50m Breast.

Sophie Baht (13): Finished 16th in 50m Breast and 200m Breast, 18th in 100m Breast, 24th in 50m Free, 28th in 50m Fly and 32nd in 200m IM.

Elizabeth Humphreys (13): Finished 13th in 50m Fly, 15th in 100m Fly, 19th in 50m Breast, 26th in 50m Free and 100m Free, 27th in 100m Back and raced in a 200m IM exhibition.

Kaden Goffinet (15): Finished third in 200m Breast, fifth in 100m Breast, 12th in 200m IM, 14th in 50m Breast, 15th in 200m Free, 24th in 400m Free and 26th in 50m Free.

Kage Senft (15): Finished second in 50m Free, seventh in 100m Free, eighth in 100m Back, 11th in 100m Fly and 13th in 50m Breast.

William Miller (16): Finished 11th in 800m Free, 25th in 50m Back, 29th in 50m Fly, 35th in 400m Free, 43rd in 100m Back, 44th in 200m IM and 56th in 100m Free.
