Broncs & Honky Tonks Spring Indoor Rodeo winners

The Broncs & Honky Tonks Spring Indoor Rodeo held in Medicine Hat over the weekend kicked off the Pro Rodeo Canada’s 2024 season with dozens of competitors across eight events.

Unofficial results have been released for all winners who competed in Sunday’s rodeo.

Dantan Bertsch took home first prize in the bareback riding event, scoring 80.5 points on Duane Kesier’s Witchy Woman, taking home $1,403.89.

Two steer wrestlers tied for first with a score of 4 seconds. Wyatt Reid and Blake Newton each took home $2,314.05.

Braden Brost and Levi Schmidt were the fastest in team roping with a time of 4.3 seconds, winning $2,010.66 each.

With 86 points in the saddle bronc event, Dawson Dahm took home $1690.12 riding Daisy Duke.

Beau Cooper was the fastest in the tie-down roping event with a time of 8.3 seconds, earning him $2,589.

Brandi Whiteside led the way in the ladies barrel racing event with a time of 12.63 seconds, earning $2707.20.

Female rider Havana Aarsby beat all the boys to win the junior steer riding event, earning herself $547.08

With a score of 86.5 points riding Flight Risk, Jared Parsonage won the bull riding event and took home $1690.12.
