Two SAHA goaltenders nominated for CSSHL season awards

Two of the South Alberta Hockey Academy’s goaltenders have been recognized at the league level.

Marek Schlenker of SAHA’s U18 men’s team and Mattias Radke of SAHA’s U17 team have been nominated for the Canadian Sport School Hockey League’s goalie of the year award in their respective leagues.

Schlenker had a 13-3-2 record at the U18 level this season. The Okotoks product worked a stat line of 2.32 goals against average and a .931 save percentage.

Radke was 8-6 at the U17 level, with a 3.27 goals against average and a .912 save percentage. He recorded a 31-save shutout in his third start of the season. The Calgary product also played two games at the U18 level, going 1-1 with a 3.43 GAA and .909 save percentage.
