Med Hat Boxing fights in B.C. over weekend

The Medicine Hat Boxing Club crossed into British Columbia last weekend.

The local club had three boxers square off at a show in Chilliwack.

MHBC’s Jacob Walne defeated Tony Constanza by a second-round stoppage in the 54kg open division. Local boxer Tavin Booker defeated Jacob Sankara by unanimous decision in the 60 kg novice division and Nate Vossler lost a split decision to B.C. champion Saul Aspinall in the 60 kg open. Vossler’s match was voted best bout of the night.

This weekend the Medicine Hat boxing club is at Golden Gloves in Calgary.
