The Medicine Hat Boxing Club attended a show in Lacombe last weekend.
Tavin Booker lost a unanimous bout against Azan Lodhi from Olympus Calgary in the 60 kg. Jr. B Novice. Medicine Hat’s Jacob Walne lost a unanimous fight to Hamdaan Ahsan from Marshall Edmonton in the 52 kg. Open Jr. B.
Nate Vossler won a unanimous fight against Jaden Nielson from Shadow Box Lacombe in the Open 60 kg. division.
Vossler and Medicine Hat coach Kerry Fahlman are travelling to a tournament in Mesa, Ari. this weekend for the 48th annual Gene Lewis Memorial. The tournament features 500 boxers in three rings of tough competition as Vossler gears up for nationals.
