Sun City Shakedown competition held over weekend

There were 13 teams of two, (one man and one woman per team) competing in two divisions, open and RX. The open division had 10 teams, with the RX featuring the remaining three teams. The open division podium finishers were Danielle Fritzke and Zach Wikenheiser from Lethbridge (CrossFit Framework) coming in first place. Robyn Zemp and Cory Dulle from Medicine Hat (Badlands Training Centre) came in second and Ray Neary and Tara Kish from Medicine Hat (Domain CrossFit) finished third. The RX Division podium finishers were Brittny Jordan and Travis Rapuano from Medicine Hat (Domain CrossFit) winning the competition with Jordan Carlier and Katie Kereluk from Medicine Hat (Gas City CrossFit) coming in second and Kyle Haland and Miranda Nelson from Medicine Hat (Badlands Training Centre) finishing third. 6-5
