MH Tennis Club hosts final tourney over weekend

The local club held its annual open mixed doubles tournament over the weekend, with 22 teams competing in open and intermediate divisions. Open Division Tracy and Calvin Heller (1) defeated Lauren and Riley Danroth (2) 6-4, 6-4 to win the open division. The win marked the eighth consecutive title for the Hellers, and 10th overall. The open division consolation was won by Sheila and Dave Reinheller, who defeated CoraLee Riehl and Peter O’Driscoll 6-2, 7-6. Intermediate The intermediate division winners were Hannah and Cory Streifel, as they defeated Maryn and Geoff Paulgaard 6-3, 6-1. The intermediate division consolation was won by Doris Deminick and Troy Seeley after defeating Leana Koch and Thomas Fentabil 5-7, 6-4, 6-2. 10-9
