Medicine Hat Tennis Open kicks off today

Premiere tennis talent will be on display this week at the Medicine Hat Tennis Club.

The local club’s Open tournament starts today at the courts and wraps up with finals Saturday.

They will have six different events: men’s and women’s open singles and doubles and men’s Intermediate singles and doubles.

From today to Friday, play begins at 5:30 p.m., with some afternoon matches on Friday. Saturday play begins at 9 a.m. with finals in the late afternoon and evening.
