Waves Swim Club competes in multiple meets over weekend

The Medicine Hat Waves Swim Club had themselves a busy weekend in the pool.

The local club competed at both the Dino Cup meet in Calgary and the Fernie Fox invitational in Fernie, B.C.

Here are the top-20 results from the Dino Cup.

Girls 10 and under

Lucy Pattison (6): Finished fourth in 50m breast, sixth in 100m Free, eighth in 100m back, ninth in 50m free, 10th in 25m free and 14th in 50m back.

Isla Johnson (7): Finished ninth in 25m breast and 19th in 25m back.

Campbell Kletzel (8): Finished 11th in 100m IM, 11th in 50m Free, 12th in 50m back, 13th in 25m Fly and 18th in 100m Free.

Marsha Van der Merwe (8): Finished fifth in 50m fly, seventh in 100m breast, 10th in 100m IM, 17th in 100m free and 19th in 50 free.

Isabel Miller (10): Finished 11th in 100m IM, 11th in 100m breast, 12th in 100m Free, 16th in 50m breast and 15th in 50m free

Boys 11 and under

Oliver Tweten (7): Finished second in 25m breast, fourth in 50m breast, eighth in 50m back, 11th in 25m back 12th in 50m free and 16th in 25m free.

Rixtonn Biffart (8): Finished first in 200m free, second in 100m back, third in 100m Free, third in 100m IM, third in 50m back and fourth in 50m free.

Wyatt Hooke (8): Finished first in 50m free, second in 100m Free, second in 100m IM, second in 100m Breast, second in 200m free and third in 50m Breast.

Caleb Martin (8): Finished first in 100m Free, third in 200m free, fourth in 100m IM, fifth in 100m back, fifth in 50m free and 11th in 50m back.

Ryes Pattison (9): Finished eighth in 50m Breast, ninth in 100m breast, sixth in 200m Free and 19th in 100m IM.

Connor Tweten (10): Finished ninth in 100m breast, 10th in 50m Breast, 17th in 100m IM and 19th in 100m Free.

Owen Hughes (11): Finished 14th in 50m Breast, 15th in 200m free and 19th in 100m IM.

Girls 11 and 12

Sophie Baht (11): Finished second in 100m breast, fourth in 50m Breast, 12th in 100m back, 13th in 50m fly and 19th in 50m free.

Maja Kolodziej (12): Finished third in 200m breast, ninth in 50m Breast, ninth in 100m breast, 11th in 100m free and 17th in 100m back.

Boys 12 and 13

Owen Gracie (12): Finished third in 50m breast, 11th in 50m Free, 12th in 100m back, 12th in 50m Back and 12th in 100m Free.

Jonathan Miller (12): Finished fourth in 400m free, eighth in 50m fly, ninth in 100m free, 10th in 50m breast, 10th in 50m Free, 10th in 50m Back and 13th in 100m back.
