SAHA men drop their final regular season game

The South Alberta Hockey Academy men’s team wrapped up their regular season Tuesday night.

SAHA lost a close 4-3 battle against the International Hockey Academy at Big Marble Go Centre to finish the CSSHL regular season with a record of 22-10-0-1, putting them in third place of the 19-team league.

Ryan Miller and Gavin McKenna each had a goal and an assist in the loss with McKenna’s goal coming while shorthanded. Elias Eisenbarth had SAHA’s other goal and Zach Zahara made 22 saves between the pipes.

Before SAHA heads to Penticton for the CSSHL playoffs starting Mar. 14, they’ll be in North Dakota for the Knights Christian Academy Showcase.
