Waves swim club competes in Calgary over weekend

The Waves Swim Club was in action over the weekend.

The local club competed at the 2023 KSC Invitational in Calgary hosted by Killarney Swim Club at MNP Community and Sports Centre.

Here are their results:

Girls 10 and under

Quinn Baht (8): Finished 76th in 50 m Free and 66th in 50 m back.

Isabel Miller (10)” Finsihed 32nd in 100 m Back, 42nd in 50m Fly, 45th in 100m Free, 23rd in 100 m Breast, 57th in 50 m Free and 50th in 50 m Back.

Boys 11 and under

Rixtonn Biffart (8): Finished 28th in 50 m free, 34th in 100 m IM, 44th in 100 m back, 46th in 100 m free, 48th in 50 m breast and 50th in 50 m back.

Owen Hughes (11): Finished 19th in 100 m Back, 35th in 50 m Breast, 38th in 50 m back and 42nd in 50 m Free.

Caleb Martin (8): Finished 17th in 100 m Back and 28th in 100 m free.

Girls 11-12

Sophie Baht (11): Finished sixth in 200 m Breast, 11th in 50 m Breast, 12th in 100 m Breast, 21st in 200 m IM, 34th in 50 m Free and 43rd in 50 m back.

Aadya Kathait (11): Finished 36th in 50 m Fly, 32nd in 100 m breast, 41st in 100 m Back, 49th in 50 m breast, 49th in 50 m free, 54th in 100 m free and 55th in 50 m back.

Maja Kolodziej (12): Finished fifth in 200 m Breast, 13th in 100 m breast, 14th in 50 m breast, 19th in 200 m IM, 24th in 200 m Free and 37th in 50 m free.

Isabel Unreiner (12): Finished 100 Back, 20th; 100 Free, 31st; 100 Breast, 19th; 50 Free, 45th; 50 Back, 40th; 50 Breast, 26th; 200 Free, 37th.

Olivia Willberg (11): Finished 23rd in 50 m breast, 28th in 100 m IM, 34th in 100 m free, 39th in 100 m back, 46th in 50 m back and 52nd in 50 m free.

Boys 12-13

Jonathan Miller (12): Finished 16th in 100 m back, 22nd in 50 m Fly, 25th in 100 m Free, 32nd in 50 m Back, 32nd in 50 m Breast, 33rd in 200 m Free and 34th in 50 m Free.

Girls 13-14

Rowynn Biffart (14) Finished: First in 200 m breast, second in 100 m breast, second in 200 back, third in 100 m Back, third in 50 m free, fourth in 50 m Breast and fifth in 50 m Back.

Sarah Kradovill (14): Finished second in 100 m fly, eighth in 50 m Breast, eighth in 50 m Free, ninth in 50 m Back and 10th in 100 m Breast.

Boys 14-15

Matthew Daley (15): Finished 12th in 50 m Breast, 15th in 100 m Breast, 24th in 200 m Free, 25th in 50 m Fly, 30th in 100 m Free and 41st in 50 m Free.

Kaden Goffinet (14): Finished third in 200 m breast, eighth in 100 m Breast, eighth in 50 m Breast, eighth in 200 m Free, 15th in 100 m Free, 18th in 400 m Free and 26th in 50 m Free.

William Miller (14): Finished fourth in 100 m Back, fourth in 200 m Back seventh in 200 m Free, 11th in 100 m Back, 15th in 400 m Free and 18th in 50 M Free.

Kage Senft (14): Finished second in 200 m Free, third in 50 m Free, fourth in 100 m Fly, fourth in 50 m Back and ninth in 400 m free.

Karsten Senft (17): Finished fifth in 400 m Free, seventh in 50 m Free and 10th in 50 m back.
