Brennin Wereley had two goals for the Hounds with Jacob Hazzard and Everett Liefso each adding a goal. Hayden King led the way with three assists. Tyler Wakelam made 28 saves for Medicine Hat. The Hounds (2-6-1) next action is Nov. 19 when they host the Bow Valley Timberwolves. U17 The U17AAA South East Athletic Club Tigers had only one game over the weekend after their Sunday road contest was postponed due to weather. The Tigers beat the AC Avalanche 4-3 Saturday at the Hockey Hounds arena. Kellin Hodgson and Will Bell had all of the offence for the Tigers with two goals each. Kayden Yeaman had three assists and Cash Olson had two helpers of his own. Kolter Gans had 27 saves between the pipes for the win. The U17AAA Tigers (4-1-1) host the Avalanche for a rematch Saturday at the Hockey Hounds before hitting the road Sunday to face the Calgary Flames. U16 The U16AA Medicine Hat Hounds won their only game of the weekend, beating the Red Deer TBS 3-2 on Sunday. Nolen Sutherland led the way offensively by scoring all three of the Hounds goals. Adam Ranger turned aside 29 of the shots he faced. The Hounds (4-1-1) aren’t in action again until Nov. 26. U15 The U15AAA SEAC Tigers had two games over the weekend and lost both, falling 12-1 to the Airdrie Xtreme on Saturday and 6-1 to the Calgary Flames on Sunday. Ilya Khazov scored the Tigers lone goal and Grady Brost and Hudson Corbett split the duties in net Saturday, making a combined 47 saves. In Sunday’s loss, Theron Bensler had SEAC’s only goal and Boost made 42 saves. The U15AAA Tigers (0-11) have two games this weekend, both on the road. 17
