MedHat Speedway wraps up season

The Medicine Hat Speedway’s 2022 racing season came to a close Saturday with its fan appreciation race.

The overall day points winners were Ethan Guest in first place of the Hobby stock race, and Stephen Dumont in second. Art Paetkau was the Elite Streets points winner, with Ross Statham in second. In the V6 races, Levi Sergeant was the day points winner with Kevin Hieb in second place.

Guest won the Rocky Mtn. Equipment Hobby Stocks race ahead of Jon Rissling.

Les Negium was the winner of the Davis GMC Elite Streets race with Art Paetkau finishing in second. Jesse Voeller won the Just Smok’n Rumble Bees race with Sergeant in second.

Trevor Stratton won the Pitman race with Jesse Fitzpatrick finishing second.
