Stage set for Speedway’s final race day of the summer

The Medicine Hat Speedway hosted its penultimate points day this weekend.

The Speedway held the Bumper-to-Bumper (action parts) race Saturday with five main event races.

Jon Rissling won the Rocky Mtn. Equipment Hobby Stocks race with Ethan Guest coming in second place.

Trevor Neigum won the Davis GMC Elite Streets race, followed by Art Paetkau in second place.

The Just Smok’n Rumble Bees race went to Marcus Heib in first place with David Kerr finishing in second.

Ross Statham won the Relay/SJ Trucking Baby Grands race with Rick Jondreau finishing in second place.

The Gateway Trailer Repairs Cup Cars race went to Sebastian Beaupre who finished ahead of Fallen Baird.

The Medicine Hat Speedway’s final points day of the 2022 race season is the Just Smok’n Eavestrough Fan Appreciation race on Sept. 10.
