O’Driscoll’s win tennis tournament

The Medicine Hat Tennis Club hosted its annual Summer Mixed Doubles tournament this weekend.

Dannan and Peter O’Driscoll defeated Rocheal and Darren Howes 5-7, 6-4, 6-2 to capture the tournament championship.

On the ‘B’ side of the tournament, Linda Norris and Messele Fentabil defeated Sheila and Dave Reinheller 6-2, 6-3.

CoraLee and Kevin Riehl won the ‘B’ side Consolation by defeating Gabi and Brock Hale 7-6 , 2-6, 7-6.

Kristen and Jackson Wenzel defeated Maryn and Geoff Paulgaard to win the ‘C’ side with scores of 6-4, 5-7, 6-4.

The next event at the Tennis Club is the 2022 Medicine Hat Open, running Aug. 16-20.
