Bull riding is taking over Co-op Place for one night this fall.

For the second time in history, Professional Bull Riders Canada’s Elite Cup Series will return to Co-op Place on Oct. 15 for the PBR Robertson Implements Classic.

The PBR Robertson Implements Classic will mark the seventh event of the 2022 PBR Canada Cup Series. The tour will launch on April 23 in Winnipeg and travel across Alberta and Saskatchewan prior to arriving in Medicine Hat.

PBR Canada’s Elite Cup Series debuted in Medicine Hat in 2021 when two-time PBR Canada Champion Zane Lambert from Ponoka, went a perfect 2-for-2 to win the tour stop and surge to No. 2 in the national standings.

Tickets for the event go on sale Friday at 12 p.m. and start at $35. Tickets can be purchased online at Tixx.ca, by phone at 403-502-8777 and at the Co-op Place and Esplanade Arts and Heritage Centre Box Office.

All PBR Canada events are subject to change, planned in accordance with directives issued by relevant government and health authorities given the evolving regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
