Twist and Flip gymnastics back in action

The Twist & Flip Gymnastics were in action last weekend at the Ed Vincent invitational in Calgary.

Gymnastics coach Randy McMullen said the athletes were super excited to get back to their first in-person competition in more than two years. He said all the girls moved up a level for their first competition of the year.

Lauren Pancoast, Evan Stinson and Adrianna Dewar all competed at the three level. Pancoast finished second in the beam and third in the vault competitions.

Stinson had her best score on the beam with 9.125. Another best for a Twist & Flip Gymnast came from Dewar, who had her best score on vault, with a 7.500 at her first ever gymnastics competition

Carly Luscombe competed at the four level and picked up a first on the floor and second in the vault competition.
