Vikings football raising funds with coffee sales

The Crescent Heights Vikings football team is selling its very own blend of coffee as a fundraiser.  The blend, called Bleed Blue Brew, is a medium roast coffee made through the business Cuppers out of Lethbridge. Anyone interested in supporting the Vikings can purchase a 3/4-pound bag of either whole bean or ground coffee, for $20.

The team is doing an initial bulk order, but the coffee will be available to purchase any time after.

Head Coach Sean Davis told the News the funds raised will be used to support Viking athletes and volunteer coaches with new equipment, travel gear and team workout gear.

Initial orders need to be placed by Feb. 28 and can be done via the team’s Facebook.
