Dudas and Rattlers golf cap off winning season at nationals

By Medicine Hat News on October 16, 2021.

Jayden Dudas had quite the first year in college level golf.

Dudas won gold and the Rattlers mens golf team finished in third place of the Canadian College’s national tournament held in Windsor, Ont. this week. He finished two under par after the tournament was reduced to 54 holes as a result of bad weather and unplayable conditions.

Dudas was named the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference male golfer of the year and rookie of the year. He was part of a mens Rattlers team that won the title in the ACAC. Now he can add Canadian college national champion to that list. He was also named one of the national mens all-Canadians, and to the national mens all-stars.

The Rattlers mens team that won bronze features Dudas, Colby Friedrich, captain Chase Broderson, Tyson Walker and Liam Mckeen.
