Update on injured Crescent Heights Viking

Crescent Heights Vikings will likely be without Kian Armstrong for the rest of the season.

Armstrong suffered a broken wrist in the Vikings-Colts game last Thursday, that was the first memorial bowl game in honour of Rick Boksteyn. The former McCoy Colts and Vikings coach that passed away last year.

Crescent Heights coach Sean Davis told The News Wednesday that Armstrong will miss 10-12 weeks, almost certainly missing the rest of the season.

Last week’s game was delayed for a long period of time early in the third quarter, due to Armstrong being removed from the field via an ambulance.
