Hellers win sixth straight Hat Open mixed doubles title

Tracy and Calvin Heller rallied to a sixth consecutive championship at the Medicine Hat Open mixed doubles tournament on Saturday evening at Medicine Hat Tennis Club.

The husband-and-wife duo completed the six-summer run by defeating Linda Norris and Boris Holan, 7-6, 6-3 in Saturday’s final.

Sheila and Dave Reinheller clinched the consolation title with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Reina and Jordan Schibler.

In the intermediate division, another husband-and-wife pairing in Dawn and Rob Olson took the title by defeating Gabi and Brock Hale 6-3, 6-4 in the final.
