Bezanson completes undefeated run at Medicine Hat Lawn Bowling Club

In just his second year competing at the Medicine Hat Lawn Bowling Club, Stephen Bezanson is a men’s singles champion.

Bezanson closed out an undefeated season Saturday by beating 2018 champion Wes Bresee in a fiercely competitive final, 9-7.

After taking a 4-0 lead through two ends, Bezanson watched Bresee rebound into a 7-7 tie after 10 – but Bezanson tacked on singles in the final two ends to seal the championship victory.
