CrossFit duo complete 26 workouts in 24 hours for charity

Medicine Hat’s CrossFit community came together for a charitable cause, led by two men who pushed their bodies to the limit.

Kaine Dick and Nathan Dennison completed 26 workouts in 24 hours, starting this past Friday and winding up Saturday morning at Gas City CrossFit.

According to Dick’s wife and gym co-owner Britteny, the effort resulted in more than 100 toys and $350 cash donated for the Medicine Hat Santa Claus Fund.

It was the third annual charity marathon event at the local CrossFit centre.
